Supplements for pain relief can be effective and a great alternative to NSAIDS and narcotics. Usually these have a safer profile and work much more gentle on your system. Here is a list of my reccomended supplements.

2: Infla-norm by Empirical Labs
take 2 capsule 3x per day
1 or 2 teaspoons before bed
4: Fish Oil
2 teaspoons per day
5: 14 Mushroom blend for Immune function
6: Life extension enteric coated Bromelain for inflammation
8: Magtech Magnesium. This is my favortive magnesium. I take 3 capsules before bed.
